After traveling many years together with the Inspirations, Melton Campbell and Matt Dibler got together to form a new group. Both Matt and Melton thank God for the privilege of traveling with the Inspirations and maintain a great relationship with Archie Watkins and all the group. The name comes from the very first song Matt recorded with the Inspirations which was “Resurrection Ground” The song has great meaning and was written by Mark Dibler after his daughter had passed away at 3 years old. We love to travel and sing while maintaining ministry and family time. We do many dates where Matt preaches as that door is open in revival or homecoming along with the quartet singing. Our goal is to Exalt the Savior, Evangelize the sinner, and Edify the Saints. Currently the group line up is: Tenor-Isaac Moore, Lead-Matt Dibler-Lead, Melton Campbell-Baritone, John David Williams-Bass. Pray for Resurrection as we travel and uplift the Savior in song!
Born in Royal Oak, Michigan. Saved at 8 years old on March 5, 1975. Graduated from Oxford Christian Academy in 1984. Attended Tabernacle Baptist Bible College in Greenville SC. From 1984-1988. I’ve had the privilege of Pastoring 2 wonderful churches for a total of 16 years . I’ve also been blessed to be the Minister of Music of 2 great churches. I was blessed to be a part of the Inspirations for about 18 years. I still enjoy a great relationship filling in on occasion with the Inspirations. After coming off the road full time with the Inspirations Melton Campbell and I got together along with John David Williams and now Isaac Moore and now travel and sing as Resurrection.
I knew from a young age that my calling was to sing gospel music! I was raised in a family of music and learned not only the love of music from them; they also taught me to love Jesus. I learned to sing at a very young age, starting my journey of singing with my family group. I then moved to being a soloist.. I then became the baritone for Common Garments Quartet. From there, I joined the Inspirations Quartet and sung with them for a combined 15 years. After “coming off the road”, I sang in Saving Grace Trio with my daughter and a longtime friend. I currently sing with with Resurrection Quartet. Even though singing is my love, my true love is my family: my wife, Kristy, my children Levi and Blair, my son and daughter in law, Jeremy and Nicole and my grandson, Bryson. My life is full!! My hope is that God is seen and heard through my testimony and song.
